Scott Genone
Co-Founder & CEO
Scott's career in healthcare technology spans 30 years. The last 16 years serving McKesson as a senior leader across various functions including product, business development, and operations. Most recently, Scott led McKesson's CoverMyMeds Pharmacy business (formerly RelayHealth), as Vice President & General Manager. Scott has deep expertise in bringing new products and services to market through innovation and partnership. He has a proven track record of successful collaboration with the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, retail pharmacies, and provider organizations to enable patient access and affordability programs, clinical decision support, and medication price transparency.
Andrew Genone
Co-Founder & Patient Advisor
Andrew Genone is co-founder of TrueHLTH and serves on the patient advisory board. Andrew was diagnosed with Crohn's disease as a teenager. He brings valuable lived experience as a patient, healthcare consumer, and first responder. Andrew currently works as a Firefighter/EMT and is a Life Coach for at-risk youth. He is pursuing a bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona.

Alan Burton
Finance
Alan has over 25 years of financial leadership experience beginning his career as controller of a process manufacturing facility for The Kroger Co. followed by over 20 years in healthcare technology, the last 15 with McKesson. Alan’s healthcare technology experience began with SEC registration for the creation and capitalization of NDCHealth Corporation, providing day-to-day finance support for the business until its acquisition by McKesson. With McKesson, Alan led finance teams supporting a breadth of business areas ranging from front-line operations to strategic areas including product innovation and M&A. Alan’s driving force is identifying opportunities for value creation.
Jeff Byars
Patient Advocate
Jeff is an award-winning Board Certified Patient Advocate who provides private advocacy services to individuals and families. He also offers consulting to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers, to improve the overall experience of their patients.
Rick Diaz
Technology
Rick harnesses nearly 30 years of technology architecture and professional software development expertise to deliver value from the boardroom to the end-user. He understands quality and speed to market are the ingredients necessary to drive business value. Rick was instrumental in raising the valuation of his previous company by >10%, from $130M to $145M using this formula. He also understands successful technology companies must be nimble and deploy capital in an efficient manner. He is skilled in using on and offshore resourcing, cloud vs premise based storage and on-boarding associates efficiently to deliver greater value to the enterprise.
Summerpal Kahlon
Clinical
Dr Summerpal Kahlon is an experienced physician executive with expertise across digital health, value-based care, and healthcare delivery. In prior roles at companies like McKesson, Oracle, and Steward Health Care, he has driven innovation and growth to improve patient experience and outcomes. Dr Kahlon is boarded in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases, caring for patients in Florida while applying digital health expertise across the country.
Doug Lawrence

With nearly 30 years of executive leadership in healthcare at McKesson, Doug has been responsible for scaling businesses from startup to maturity in distribution, call center, technology and pharmacy operations. He's led teams in excess of 500 people and businesses generating $1.2B in revenue. Over his career, he managed hundreds of specialty product launch solutions spanning novel distribution models, access, adherence, drug safety and affordability offerings.
Tom Luby
BioPharma Partnerships
Thomas Luby joins TrueHLTH as an Advisor for pharmaceutical initiatives. Most recently, Thomas finished 15 years at McKesson and during that time he won the prestigious President’s Club award 11 times in a row. He started the sales effort for the newly launched pharmaceutical business for the RelayHealth business unit and grew that over 4,000%. Prior to that Thomas had individual contributor and leadership roles with companies serving Life Sciences such as KPMG, Siebel, Dendrite, and ModelN. Thomas is a decorated combat veteran of the United States Army having served in Operations Desert Storm (Iraq) and Restore Hope (Somalia).
Kelvin Meadows

Kelvin is recognized as a transformational leader who inspires operational excellence in support of a company’s strategic vision and cultural values. As a leader, he consistently focuses on accountability, empathy, and humility. Leveraging 20+ years of his Healthcare IT career experience, Kelvin’s teams excel in delivering financial results, operational effectiveness, organizational alignment, innovation enablement, and Enterprise-level decision making. Kelvin holds a BA in Business Administration from Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA, with a concentration in Marketing.
Cathy Romanick
Product Management
Cathy is a senior business leader and pharmacy healthcare professional with over three decades of experience in various practice settings and leadership roles. Cathy’s early career experiences fuel her passion for solving healthcare’s most complex problems today. As an Executive Product Leader, Cathy recognized harnessing great teams accelerates outstanding results. She and her team of senior product leaders are acknowledged for overachieving results, most recently, greater than ~$400MM gross profit at a top 10, Fortune 500 organization.
Dr. Lee Scheinbart
Clinical
Dr. Lee Scheinbart was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease while attending medical school. Despite his diagnosis, he established his clinical practice of Hematology/Oncology in East Central Florida and gained invaluable knowledge about the world of advanced therapeutics for patient care. Throughout his career he has built multiple clinical programs and displayed leadership in healthcare, becoming a Certified Physician Executive, then a Vice President of Medical Affairs, later the Chief Medical Officer for Health First Hospitals and now serving as the Chief Health Officer at Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine.
